"Not good. Went in for a dental cleaning. It's been a 1 year. Moved here and was told we do a consolidation first and 18 x -rays . Just wow! aspen dental will decided on what type of clean you get.. well I take care of my teeth and I know what I need... SO I listened to the rest of the speal and I was not interested..."

"My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed. He's in pain after taking 2 pain pills and still bleeding. I called the number provided in the instructions give to him. They just back asking if I had heard from the dentist yet, it happened 4 times. I called back again, they told me they page him again. I later got a call from someone acting like it was a bad connection. Never received a call back from the dentist."

"All the ladies in the office were so kind and compassionate. They knew I was in pain and did their best to keep me comfortable and informed. Dr. Liu was so nice. She explained what was causing my pain and her treatment plan. Definitely will be returning."

"Hi tech office. Very pleasant on my first visit. Scheduled me in right away. It was the "surprise" call about wanting more money the next day saying "past due." 1 day later? After sitting with the girl who went over my insurance I was confident this would be the only charge. She even showed me but never printed out the cost estimate(my mistake.) They contracted with Medicare and agreed on contracted prices and now ask for more. My medicare insurance is totally surprised at this after conversing with them. All should have been covered as I asked when I first went. The next day(today) I called and talked with the most horrible "office manager I have encountered in recent memory. No way should she be talking with people. She would not stop talking. When I started to talk she talked over me. SHE WAS RIGHT and I was WRONG. She has ZERO listening skills. Her demeanor was totally unacceptable on every level. I am sure now she had no idea why I called as she talked over me the ENTIRE conversation. Absolutely terrible. She would give me a corporate office number. I had to look it up online and call which I have to voice my concerns. They billed for things that should not have been billed according to my insurance. It was a reason I went with my carrier cause the dental part was so good. I cannot recommend Aspen Dental for one reason: This AWFUL purported office manager. There is nothing nice about her. The rest of the staff was ok."

"My dentist of 37 years recently retired. I’ve been looking for a new dentist and decided on Aspen dental since it was close to home and convenient.Called in requesting a teeth cleaning. Was told I needed a check up first, then I could schedule a cleaning. Scheduled a checkup. Lourdes, the X-ray technician was fantastic. Nice, professional and patient. Hygienist came in and checked my X-rays. No cavities, but noticed some bone loss on an upper molar. I’ve been aware of this bone loss for years and told her that. Then waited 45 minutes for the dentist to come in and tell me what the hygienist did. They recommended a deep cleaning of my teeth at a cost just south of $700, insurance included. And would not give me the cleaning my insurance 100% pays for that I requested until I had the deep cleaning. I felt lied to and wasted 2 hours of my day. I get the up sale part of the business, but that should be my choice. Not our way or the highway. I’m still looking for a new dentist."
