"Do not come here!!! Ultrasound lady is very rude and impatient!!! All she cares about is her money!! I never seen a person point they finger all in my face and lift a pregnant woman belly up while laying down and hurt my belly and was being rough putting force down on my belly and told me to put the paper in my pants while I was laying completely down without any pillow. Wouldn't let me see my baby on ultrasound talking about this is a diagnostic test???? Lady I'm over 8 months pregnant!! I would never recommend anyone coming here period!!!"
"Didn't start out very well, however after a phone call to My Clinic Dedicated Senior Medical Center, everything went as it should have. I Pray for Great results no matter if the actual problem is worse than I expected."
"My experience with this location was really good and super helpful for my first mammogram. It's not too far from my home and the staff was pretty nice. The front desk helped me immediately after entering. The wait room was not packed and I was called me within a very decent time considering they accept walk-ins. While in the back with Gretchen and Cindy, Gretchen performed my mammogram and was very very explanatory of their updated machine. She went fast and I didn't feel any of the pain I'd heard from others' experience. I would love to come back and will see you all next year!! Take care and thanks for being nice to us!!!"
"Cindy my mammo tech last month was excellent!. She didn't hurt me. Very Caring person. Got me in and out fast! I have been doing there for about 8 years. Please don't change this way of doing things. Love the wake in and so fast. Thanks you for such a great location and for CINDY!!!!"
"I recently had my annual mammogram at the Germantown location. I was dreading it because it has always been painful and uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with this visit because my mammogram tech was Cindy and she was awesome! She was patient and caring in working with her patients. She was very gentle and made the procedure less intimidating. Her bedside manner is second to none. Cindy is a valuable asset to Flinn Imaging Center and I hope I'm blessed to have her as my tech in the future."
