When I called to cancel because I went with another company, I got a phone call back shortly after. The women had an attitude from the start, then proceeded to tell me what was wrong with my new insurance. When I told her what I was unhappy with, she said "well did you ever call? Did you ever ask us to adjust?" I never did but I was already fed up with the company, and she just made it worse. Never once did she ask what she do to keep my business. But that is probably because she already made plenty of money off of me. This company may work for some people, but it didn't for me."
