"I was double billed, and had to go through a TON of trouble to prove top them that they screwed up. Long hold times in excess of 20 minutes - would not return for all the tea in China. IF they can not keep an office organized, you want them checking your body?!? Still can not get a call back for anything!!"

"5 months ago I received imaging by very courteous & efficient in person staff. However, do to poor LIP-LIP communication I had to return and get a 2nd MRI which I was billed for. I have documentation & numerous emails that agree I should only pay once ( which I have done). Yet I am persistently being hounded by their 3rd party billing. I am in healthcare as a profession. I would highly recommend any other imaging company for care that is not time sensitive. Communication & billing seem to be a problem they cannot fix. The service provided was more than satisfactory. Please know there are other facilities you can ask your provider or insurance to send you to until The Imaging Center can fix their communication & biking practices."

"Great experience for my MRI. Preregistered through the patient portal so no waiting upon arrival and was seen within 5 minutes. The MRI technician clearly explained what would happen. Their IV “jab” for the contrast solution was practically painless. The whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend for MRI’s."

"Great place! Everyone was very VERY nice and easy to deal with. I waited for MAYBE 5 minutes, my name was called and was immediately taken back for my MRI was in and out quick and easy. This was without a doubt probably the easiest “Dr. Visits” I’ve ever had to make in my life. I highly recommend this place."

"Poor customer service. Had an appointment yet another customer was put in front of me. According to Clerk bc she was there last night and doctor had sent back for more test . Well guess what my doctor sent me there as well AND I had an appointment. She did not ! Waited an hour bf told one machine was down and wait would be at least another hour or more ! Would not recommend nor will I go back ! My time is important as well ! And they don't honor appointments!"
