"Kevin is very pushy. A simple phone call to cancel my policy was like an end game of chess, he would not take no for an answer. That's understandable until he got rude and stubborn. I had to write a nasty gram to get something going. Finally, someone named Callie (I assume a secretary) sent me the document for signing. This was a few days ago, and I am not sure if the policy was properly cancelled. Let's say, if I don't give an update then it was properly and peacefully cancelled. FYI, I replaced my Nationwide renter's policy for a matching policy at **half the price** from Progressive. So I was getting ripped off as well as wangled. Beware his wiles."

"Kevin Bentley has been our insurance agent for our house and autos for over 25 yrs. We trusted him until he called and told us our homeowners policy was going up over 3500 a year. He said everything is going up now. Well we are on SS and only bring in what the good old government gives us. So we shopped around that day and found we could save over 1500 on our home owners and over half what we had been paying monthly for the car for the same coverage. I am outraged at how we have been screwed by Kevin for no telling how long. I do not recommend Nationwide or Kevin Bentley."
