Days Inn by Wyndham Gatlinburg On The River

"Great value for money! We found this to be the cheapest in the area with a good location, free breakfast (including some hot food), and of good quality. Only complaint is that they don't offer cribs, but we were prepared. They ARE baby-friendly, though, in the fact that they have a high chair in the breakfast area! The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and was especially good with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay, the room with the beautiful river view, and the breakfast!"

"Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The view was phenomenal! The room itself was simple but clean and has a microwave and a refrigerator but the private balcony over looking the river is breathtaking! It's also waking distance from aquarium! The staff was great and very helpful. They had a pack n play for our baby to sleep in as well!"

"The bed was clean. If all other hotels are booked then this will be fine but it needs a serious overhaul. The couch and chair in our room was so stained and disgusting it needed to be burned. The air conditioner knobs were broken so it never got cold just a little cool. However we were just sleeping there but I don’t intend on returning. The river view from the balcony was nice. Staff was nice, he did try to fix our air but unable to move rooms due to overbooking, which is why we were placed in this hotel to begin with. We did not stay for the breakfast but the lobby area did look to be remodeled and very clean."

"not a bad joint to stay. had a nice river view... however that being said the patio door that had the parade and river below didn't shut properly. so instead of having a peaceful rest, all we could hear was traffic and outside noise. the room we stayed in was clean and bright. in the bathroom we had an issue with the light/fan switch. first of all, we are travelers, and we gotta poop, so it would have been nice to have a working fan. looks to me like someone knew there was a problem with the switch and so they attached a fabric hair elastic to sort of .. keep them together.. hard to explain but you will see an attached photo of this. when you touch the switch it shot out electricity and smoke. we reported this to the front desk clerk, and she gave us 30% off discount. not a bad compensation at all. location was great. a quick, and beautiful stroll to downtown where all the action is. i also think its worth mentioning that our room had a view of a roller coaster attraction across the street. that was kind of neat to watch ."
