"Karen is the manager. Both our water heater broke, drained and elements replaced in room 312. It took over 5 hour to fix the issue. They got done around 11: 00 p.m. With three cars in the parking lot. Karen just did not listen. Did not care. Karen had extra rooms refusing to move rooms. Gave our phone number and had to communicate with the service tech after the the manager left. Refused to move rooms. It was time for her to leave. Contacted the OPS manager Tish, she was a great help and got us moved. Update! After moving rooms our thermostat does not work in room 304."

"We have stayed here for over 10 years. We chose unit 111. Nastiest unit ever from furniture to floors to mold in shower. Management was rude and unhelpful and so was Vacasa. Will never use Vacasa again. Called and emailed but no response. Manager rolled out of bed and came to work. What a waste . Nothing worked. It was better as a Wyndham property"

"The rooms were nice but there was hair everywhere. Hair in the sheets, pillowcases and bathroom sink. They was trash left from previous guest in the bathroom draw. There was floor tiles left under the bed. They location was walking distance from downtown."

"Perfect for families Stayed here with my two small children while we explored Gatlinburg. It was close enough to walk to the aquarium and Anakeesta. The kids loved having their own room and their own bathroom. The view is great. The condo was immaculate and the decor was warm and inviting. We'd love to return!"

"This was our first to stay in a condo downtown in Gatlinburg. typically we'd go for a cabin in the woods. This was in the perfect location just a couple of quick blocks from the downtown everything was so easily walkable. The hot tub and pool area were very nice everything was very clean and felt very secure. Would definitely stay at this complex again. The communication was exceptional from the booking until the post checkout everything was awesome. Overall A+"
