"Maryville location is terrible. They don't speak English or just barley. Lock my keys in car was told starting rate of $120. When they arrived it turned in to 390 when I said no that was too much I was told I still owed the $120 for a service call. I would understand that except I was told pricing started at 120 not $120 to show up and then more or I would have told them not to come.After about an hour on the phone with supposedly the boss and speaking with the tech that came out they finally opened my car door for $250. All in all just a terrible experience they really need someone who can speak good clear English."

"It could have been that I did not place the key to be copied correctly, but all three copies would not work. I IM'd the support staff and they promptly gave my money back. The machine itself could be improved by letting the user know when the key's been placed correctly."
"It was convenient while shopping in the grocery store. The duplicate keys were accurate and worked perfectly in the locks. The keys were a little rough around the edges but that was easily remedied. This offering was more expensive than other less convenient options, such as a hardware store or locksmith shop. It is sometimes difficult to evaluate convenience and cost"
