The few things which worth mentioning. 1) Happy to accommodate without prior appointment (not very busy like others). 2) Welcomed and served with respect as my bike was $130 while they're selling bikes up to $11k. 3) Michael - Service Technician is experienced and passionate to ensure the bike fixed properly. 4) He was happy to suggest few bikes for my daughter to try while he was fixing it with no pressure to buy. 5) Service charge is reasonable and bike is working perfect.
