He was friendly, professional and his product knowledge was exceptional. Unfortunately it’s a rarity in retail these days to find someone that is the complete package. “I found the weekend staff was very, VERY helpful over the phone and helping search for the clearance (low stuck) items I was chasing , they took their time to find these , called me back same day and placed on hold for me for 3 days to give me time to make it to the shop for pick up, I picked them up same day and the ladies were warm and friendly and help me sort even more items once I was in the shop , I came hone with products that are all gorgeous ! Like nothing you can find elsewhere , and top quality Week staff over the phone not as helpful but this time I was after tricky clearance item where the website show stick and shop said have none , which I still doubt but base on the weekend experience I will just keep coming back :) :) :)”

“I just finished a two hour session with Jordan, a new lady. Wow! Slowly teasing and edging me for almost an hour and a half before. Well, I passed out afterwards! What an amazing experience and nothing like I've ever had before! Reluctantly I had to leave, but you bet I'll be back for more with Jordan some day!”

“Looked at a few rugs on the website and called to ask if they had them available in store for viewing. Staff were friendly on the phone, though it took a few minutes to check their stock levels. We dropped by a couple of days later and they were happy to let us wander around the store without bothering us, and were helpful when we asked them for advice. They didn't have the rugs we wanted in store, so they ordered them to be shipped to us from their warehouse. The rugs arrived 3 business days later, and they look and feel great! Altogether an excellent experience.”

“I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. The beautiful building is over a century old and was once used as a post office or so I was told. The people that were there at the time were lovely and friendly, comfortable accommodation and close to the shopping centre and public transport. Loved it !!!”
