“I got some printing done yesterday and it seems there’s barely any print team rostered as the only girl, Anna was busily serving each customer. I waited 10 or so minutes in line for a decent amount of a4 and a5 prints. Anna was very professional and efficient and seemed calm and collected even though it was very busy. She kept getting asked questions by the team member on the register and and she was very nicely helping him out, whilst completing my jobs. Never made any faces of exhaustion and kept going. Such a delightful young lady! It’s a shame there’s barely any team to help her out when she has so much to do. The prints came out so clean and she made sure I had everything. Even gave me some sleeves so they don’t get damaged!! It is a bit expensive, but for the service I received, I would have paid more. Great work Anna.”

I opted to pay $150 for disconnection and removal of the old oven and for installation of the new oven. Delivery was just a few days later by the electrician who took great care in ensuring that the new oven lined up perfectly with an existing, adjacent SMEG microwave/oven/grill combination unit. A good experience from ordering in the store through to delivery and installation.”

“Looked at a few rugs on the website and called to ask if they had them available in store for viewing. Staff were friendly on the phone, though it took a few minutes to check their stock levels. We dropped by a couple of days later and they were happy to let us wander around the store without bothering us, and were helpful when we asked them for advice. They didn't have the rugs we wanted in store, so they ordered them to be shipped to us from their warehouse. The rugs arrived 3 business days later, and they look and feel great! Altogether an excellent experience.”
