I arrived flustered and anxious, could not initially find the receipt but was looked after by a lovely employee called Lucy. She instantly organised the replacement product and made the whole experience a positive one. Myer are lucky to have an employee like Lucy who excels at Customer Service and is calm, friendly while also being professional.”

“Courtney’s customer service is so amazing and attentive. She was clearly busy with multiple people during this christmas period and still managed to assist me with an outfit. Courtney demonstrates kindness, was extremely helpful and her service was amazing. Although i felt (who i believe to be the store manager) was not very attentive or helpful, Courtney was amazing and has great style :)”

“First time reviewer on product reviews.com and thought id copy and paste here too . I was shopping with a friend today in Penrith Plaza. We walked past the front of your store. We were standing staring from the front of your store when one of your sales assistants turned smiled and just greeted us, told us to come in. She made us feel so welcome, she was beautiful, sweet, kind. Straight up she was like, so what do you need ? What are you doing for exercise? She was showing us around the store, offering up ideas, i embarrassingly told her I was a 16, and she said hey everyone starts somewhere your starting here. Been there done that, I've lost 50 kilos, she talked openly about how she did it, before we knew it we were in the changerooms, she said hey im Kat and was asking for our names and with tights and shirts and bras and my friend and I were swapping clothes, we were having a ball in a gymwear shop and we are a size16 and this fit looking woman wasn't judging us or looking down at us. Ive never felt so welcome in any shop she is absolutely an amazing person to have in your store. I actually cannot wait to go back in to buy more gymwear. Her mentality is so empowering, when I told her I was scared to go into the gym that it was filled with beautiful people and i didn't want people staring at me ut woukd make me feel self concious, she said so come with me, I will be right beside you, if they have time to stare, they need another weight plate. I left your store feeling confident, amazing, I feel like "I CAN" THANK YOU !!!”
