Doesn’t matter what store I go to, I am mesmerised by the range of product that is available, everything so soft and cuddly, bright colours and lots of variety! I am always approached by a lovely friendly salesperson, they know their product intimately (sometimes they are even WEARING it!!) And they are so helpful, nothing is a trouble in finding just the right size or helping you get the matching top or bottom. And when they make the sale, they try to help you top it off with just the right accessory, like a matching pair of slippers.. The checkout process is slick and fast, and before you know it, you have a beautifully wrapped present and you have a smile on your face knowing you will hit the mark with your present! No other place to buy your sleepwear, although the price could be a bit lower,”

“I had a lovely experience today shopping at the Reject Shop Westfield Penrith.The lovely young tall man happily welcomed me in.I found so many things you can't find in any other store for about the third of the price.I found huge amount of wonderful things for gardening.I was served by a lovely lady named Linda who was kind and thoughtful and did a really great job.It honestly made my day,the things that I bought and the lovely staff.Will be back soon.”

“ALDI Penrith is an outstanding ALDI and believe me, I know this chain inside out. I go to lots of different ALDI's and this one deserves 5 stars: - Because it's ALDI (lol) - Great parking - Well stocked with great Fruits & Vegetables - Nice big aisles - Really nice staff - Easy access in a small shopping centre. I don't get to Penrith much at all, but when I do; will try and swing by ALDI for my shop. LOVE THEIR WORK!”

“Really great grocer, customer service is always really nice they treat their regular customers really well. I asked them to order more flavours of my favourite drink and they actually did it! Amazing. Prices on some of the chips are a bit high but I can’t get them anywhere else so that’s how it is. Other than that this is an amazing store.”

“This has always been a good Coles it's big it's open plenty of parking and if you run out of petrol there is a service station right next door and if you're hungry for breakfast lunch or dinner there is a McDonald's right there next door as well...”

Courtney demonstrates kindness, was extremely helpful and her service was amazing. Although i felt (who i believe to be the store manager) was not very attentive or helpful, Courtney was amazing and has great style :)”

“Always friendly service. Large range considering the size of the store. Some items are a little pricey, but this is to be expected as it is a convenience store and not a large chain grocery store. Open long hours (always handy when you need a carton of milk or toilet paper at 11pm).”
