Neve had had some bad experiences in the past and Olivia was very patient and calm which helped a lot. Charge was very reasonable given the time she spent. Highly recommended. 10/10”

“We used to do a 2.5 hour round trip to take our mini schnauzer (Spencer) to Jo as she not only had a great way with dogs but she was an excellent groomer. Spencer would look so smart and smell wonderful after his grooming session with his ears and nails cleaned and trimmed. We felt reassured about leaving our dog with Jo and happy to drive further for several years for such good experience. As Jo has now moved we are unable to make what would now be a whole day round trip so we will have to begin the challenge of finding a groomer that is as good! It will be tough to find!”
