“Had a lovely lunch with my mum. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. We had the scampi. A lovely salad with some balsamic and the chips were great.”

“Although this is part of a big chain, the service is something outstanding!!! We always arrive 10-12 of us, they let us order our own food into the restaurant area, they provide us with cutlery etc, also clean up afterwards. Absolutely stunning. The rooms are well sized, spotlessly clean. I wish this sort of service would be default in every hotel!”

“A nice little Premier Inn clearly targeting business travellers. Breakfasts offered are actually done in the restaurant next done and we're tasty and the standard Premier Inn offering. The hotel rooms are actually split across two separate buildings, but I was in the main one so didn't have to walk far. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard for a Premier Inn, though mine did not actually have any plug sockets by the bedside, only a USB port to charge my phone from. The location of the hotel is good for business and food, as there are a wide variety of restaurants and takeaways in the industrial estate it is situated in, alongside a 24/7 ASDA. However, I've deducted one star from location in my rating as it is reliant on driving, being near no rail stations, and the taxi firms available in the area were very unreliable. Overall it was a solid hotel experience for business travel with lovely staff and I'd have no qualms staying there again.”

“Room as expected - high standard of Premier Inn. Beefeater restaurant on site. Meal deal excellent value for money. Tesco Express on site and close to Arena and other attractions. Staff were helpful and very friendly.”

“Friendly welcome from the lady on the front desk. We booked a family room and it was spacious with a double bed and 2 x single beds; lovely and clean. The double was comfy enough, the single was very soft and the pull out bed was fins for a child. There were also spare pillows in the cupboard which I was glad about. We ordered pizza to the hotel- they didn't seem to mind. We were on the 3rd floor looking out onto a very busy road, the double glazing works well and it wasn't noisy overnight, there was some street noise anthers are pubs and clubs downstairs but it didn't keep us awake. There is free WiFi however its not particularly strong. Only 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups even though there were 4 guests so that was unfortunate as both my kids love a cup of tea. We paid for 2 adult breakfasts and got 2 kids breakfasts for free. The lovely lady at breakfast couldn't do enough- there was plenty to choose from on the continental and then you could order an English Breakfast,  this was lovely (apart from the cold soggy mushrooms). Parking- parked in the NCP that was attached. Upon arrival we were given a £6 voucher however as we had used the app to park we couldn't use it, ideally Premier Inn should have let us know that this would be given upon arrival. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.”

“Nice location near Irish Sea. Phenomenal leisure centre with superb spinning and body combat classes. The hotel bar a bit slow in serving but the food was a good quality and quantity.”

The hotel was modern and stylish, with a wide range of amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to all the best attractions and restaurants in the city. Overall, I would recommend the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.”

“Wetherspoons' Hotel in Bridgend is very comfortable, great generous size bedrooms, beautifully clean, tremendous value for money and most of all welcoming and caring. Our family stayed here over several weeks at the turn of the year and couldn't have been better looked after in every way by Lisa and her excellent staff.”

“Stayed here recently as a birthday present for my partner. We had a massage, access to the swimming pool and then had dinner, drinks at the bar and breakfast the following morning. The hotel has recently been refurbished (some areas are still ongoing) but it has been done out to such a high standard. The food was lovely and the service was also fantastic. We wanted to shout out the gentleman who was managing the bar/kitchen area, we didn't catch his name but his customer service was exceptional!”

“Stayed here a few times in the past. The Hotel is showing signs of age now. The two ladies on reception were exceptionally polite and welcoming and are a credit to the Hotel. The room was a good size and nice and bright but the view was of the back of the front facade signage. ( front second floor room). Its a shame that the pool has never reopened as we may of stayed another day. The Hotel is in a superb location , and with some money spent cladding the exterior and upgrading rooms , would be a great Hotel in a prime position. We were lucky enough to get the Hotel cheap so were happy with the stay.”

“We had one night in this very quirky Guest House. Wish it had been longer to take in all the amazing items on display. We both felt do comfortable in the room we had. Annette is a wonderful hostess. Will certainly visit again.”

“It was so lovely being right on the beach in a quiet little village 100 yards from a pub. Plenty of space for the two of us and a nice comfortable bed. Two big TVs, easy to park and plenty of places to walk. You're also just 10 mins drive from Rhossili beach.”

“We had our Wedding here on 1st October and it was such an amazing day. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our wedding coordinator was amazing, not only professional but down to earth. All the staff were great and so friendly. Venue location is beautiful. All of our family and friends have said how amazing it was. Highly recommend booking upper brynfield for a few days around the wedding, an amazing cottage that I could quite happily live in.”

“The food is gorgeous and the staff all really friendly, lovely welcome and customers also very friendly. Food superb, I didn't stay in b&b but go there for Sunday lunch. Hope this helps . Gorgeous view's of the quaint River runs beside the Dilwyn Arms and gardens also.”

“Absolutely AMAZING service! Had my sisters baby shower here last minute after another venue fell through, afternoon catered for 8 of us, in a private room at the back of the restaurant which was the perfect size for us, especially as we were quite loud at times! Very attentive and polite, gladly the room was not booked for anything else that day so we had it to ourselves for 3 hours, and another hour before to decorate. Food was lovely and the building itself is gorgeous, perfect for intimate weddings and events. Thank you!!”
