“I have known about Gaylord's for many years but this was the first time I have been in to purchase something. Ian and Lynda were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable not just about the furniture but about some other items we wanted to refurbish and about how to keep our new table in the best condition. Nothing was too much trouble, they even delivered the table for me. I am absolutely delighted with my new piece of furniture and will certainly be going back there.Highly recommended and I shall be telling all my friends.”

“Visited Dreams in fareham yesterday and was greeted by Ed. Took the sleep match test which is a brilliant idea. Ed was brilliant and his knowledge of the best products for my needs was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and understanding. I didn't feel rushed and was made to feel very relaxed and safe with the measures they have in place. Such a lovely change to experience great customer service and no pushy salespeople. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Very pleased with my recent Kitchen. My designer Peter was prompt and polite, answered any questions and I was very happy with his final design. I was suprised they could offer me a delivery slot within a couple of weeks sooner had I needed it. On the day of delivery 2 Lovely chaps carried in the kitchen into my property. It was very well organised. After care- we had some snags (small chip on a cupboard door) but these were sorted out within a few days, Very pleased with the service from beginning to end.”

“If only we had known about Just4Sofas before. What a pleasure it has been in buying our suite from this company. Having had a very bad experience with one of the large furniture retailers we were a bit skeptical about ordering from a smaller company. However, we needed have worried as Just4Sofas looked after us from start to finish. They even loaned us a two seater reclining sofa whilst we were waiting for our suite to be made. This arrived 3 days after informing them that we were sitting on two very old uncomfortable conservatory chairs ! How grateful were we......... The service that we received was really superb. There is no pressure put upon you when you visit the showroom unlike the big stores who jump on you the minute you walk through the door as they receive a commission on what they manage to sell to you !! We purchased our suite from the Fareham Branch in Hampshire and the lady, who's name I think was Sue, (apologies if I have your name wrong) was very informative and helped us understand all the different types of leathers that were available and what would be best for us. After our purchase, we had the pleasure of dealing with Paul in the Cambridge office. He kept us fully informed of the progress of our order at all times. This is something that we very much appreciated especially as we had received such an awful service from one of the main larger sofa companies. Please do not bother going anywhere else for your new leather suite as you will be wasting your time. We thoroughly recommend Just4Sofas. Good service is hard to find in this day and age. The quality of our suite is superb and extremely comfortable. We only have one regret, we wished we had found this company sooner...!!!”

The store still maintains its high covid controls where other retail stores could learn from here at Dunelm, who have set the bar.”
