“It’s not often I jump on to do a review for a store but I was so impressed with the service I received today at Whiteley. The store was absolutely packed but one of the staff went out of his way to help me find a football kit for my son, they didn’t have any goalie gloves so he even suggested going to Sports Direct next door (wish I had taken his name, he was great) I had to queue for about 15 mins to pay but the guy at the till was apologised for the wait. Such helpful and friendly staff in-spite of being flat out. In contrast I then went to Sports Direct which was dead quiet and had to ask 2 seperate staff where the gloves were and they just jestured in the general direction, not helpful at all especially when they could see I was struggling with a 3 yr old with me.”
