"Shop is a mess, stuff all over the place. I picked up some Converse from a shelf ask a member of staff when i found what i wanted if the price was correct £55.00 down to £44.00 in the sale, which I was surprised at as else where the had all been over £50.00. I asked to try a pair on and was huffed at. I decided that was what I wanted got to the till to be told the price was incorrect and was £55 and they were probably put on the wrong shelf. We went and checked the price was £44 but because the till said £55 they wouldn't or couldn't do anything."

"Not been here to shop since January. Customer service remains a distant afterthought. I know retail is soul destroying but a faint effort at service surely? The trainers are good for durability hence why I came. I asked if they had a pair in my size. They radio and I stand about. No one coming whilst the first staff and another gab. Then after 5mins, one suggests head to a section to ask there. I see one man and ask him. When he returns says "none in the size", and hands me the shoe back. No apology, no spiel. I debated seeing if there were at least one pair but gave up."

"Went with my three kids to get trainers for them all. Came out with only one pair as they only had one pair (out of the ones they liked) in stock. One staff member on shoes, with no support meant waiting ages to be served. Other staff members were in different departments nearby, standing around chatting as they 'worked'. Wouldn't have been impressed if I'd been put to serve on shoes that day. And wasn't impressed as a customer waiting around for shoes not in stock. Waste of time. Went to order online but it would not accept my Blue Light Card discount code."
