“A massive shout out to the team at 99 Bikes Joondalup. My Shimano chain ring had broke a few months out of warranty, the team got Shimano to realise the fault under warranty. It has taken over 2 months for Shimano to provide the replacement. The team had kept me informed throughout and due to the time it’s taken Shimano, the 99 team replaced my chain ring from the 105 to the Ultegra due to further time delay from Shimano at no cost all under warranty. The team at 99 once again providing great customer service to resolve a customer issue.”

“Staff was very friendly, needed to exchange an item without a receipt I was able to show a statement that was good enough as it wasn’t from this store but Melbourne, obviously can’t get a refund I understood that I did need the receipt and was not upset as they’re doing their jobs and they, like everywhere else, have specific processes to follow through. “Have to really commend the store on their exceptional customer service. Here is my amazing experience. I called the store at 10 am inquiring if they had two pairs of shoes in my size that were on sale. Not only did they have my size, they took my name and put them aside for me. Arriving just after lunch the shoes were ready and waiting in a bag ready to go. In addition they included a free pair of socks as it was my birthday. The staff were super friendly and professional, and it only took me 10 mins to get in and out of the store. I love that JD carries such a wide range of shoes. Thank you all for an amazing experience and I look forward to returning soon.”
