"I've shopped here a fair bit in the last 6 months. Everytime I've gone there and need assistance, I've had to go on a hunt for a sales assistant. I've worked in retail for over a decade so I understand that you don't "jump" on a customer straight away. However, you also don't ignore a customer who politely says "excuse me" when you're gossiping with another employee. Unfortunately the only time a sales assistant has been polite is when I'm already at the counter about to pay. I will continue to shop at this Myer only because it is the closest to me and they always have great sales."
