“Went in to the store on Sunday 13/8/23 to look at shoes. Even though the store was very busy and we had to wait for help, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a nice pair of trainers at a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly and signed us up for a loyalty card. Very happy with the experience.”

“Had to attend this store to exchange two pair of Hush Puppies business shoes that I ordered online that were too big! The online chart size guide is unfortunately not accurate! I called in the morning and the nice lady who works in the shoe section advised me they had a smaller size in stock and she put them aside for me to come in once I finished work. Once I attended I tried the new size which fit perfectly and was assisted by Savannah in regards to the exchange making it an effortless experience! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the Morley Galleria store as the young lady working there was too lazy to go check if they had smaller sizes and instructed me to go look online.”

He was extremely patient, personable and friendly despite the late hour. Deserves employee of the month and a raise!”

“It was a shame that I did not check their stock of kids umbrella on Kmart website before driving to this store but it was lucky to find some good quality kids shoes were on clearance. And the shop staff working in kids cloth department was very kind and polite when she let me know that there was no stock at the point of my visit. Will come back for another good finds.”

The store layout is easy to navigate as too is locating a great bargan 10/10 for this brand always recommend to everyone!”

“Great store very busy so has a good stock turnover. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love shopping here. There is plenty of parking with very easy access to the shopping centre. Coles stock the amazing Harvey Beef. Our favourite is the butterflied Peppercorn. It is the best piece of beef you will ever have! Their scotch fillets are also superior in quality to most others. Coles flybuys program also is worth having. We get back around $1000 each year in free groceries.”
