“Surprised to see it's on the same floor as the food court. Went in, didn't see any basketball items on sale before realising there's another entrance opposite it with heaps of balls. Had a friendly chat with the sales rep; appreciate that he took the time to explain things and share his view on the different type of basketball balls. He was friendly and polite with the customers before me as well. Lucky for an organisation to have such employee.”
