“Oh my goodness! Was worth the hour drive it took for me to get there. The most fabulous selection of clothing EVER. Was very shocked at the extensive range, colours and sizes that were available. Nobody would be able to walk out not being able to find something. I am plus size and I walked away with something that I felt a million bucks in for my daughters wedding. “Whilst Shopping today with Miss 12 from 0900, and losing my sanity somewhat, finally visited the Universal store at 2.30pm. Back ground to the Story is that Miss 12 is not reaIy confident in Clothes shopping, especially with her Dad (what would a 48 year old Dad know?). Upon arrival at the universal store in Perth DFO Miss 12 was still undecided on every thing. I was finally able to coerce her to try something on and that's where the magician, your magician, Layla stepped up and bought some sanity into my day. Layla is absolutely awesome with how she interacts with customers, treating each person she interacted with as if they were the only person that mattered. She demonstrates a patient, happy and complimentary style demonstrares what a consumate professional she is. This was demonstrares by us walking out at 3.15, happy and sane with a wallet somewhat lighter. Layla is a credit to the brand and clearly a part of a greater superb team at the Universal Store, DFO Perth”
