"Do not go here!!!! I know multiple people who have gone to BOTH practices and have experienced a nightmare. They are currently cutting existing patients prescriptions down so they can prescribe to new patients. These people have followed all guidelines, done the injections(that they force you to do even if you know they don't work) and followed all the rules. They have cut their entire clinic down twice in 2 months time lying and telling them the DEA made them. (Do YOUR research there has been NO change in prescribing guidelines) they switched to their new castle office for their forced injections in which you can expect there to be DOGS in the "sterile" injection room. Then if you switch your insurance and no longer have an insurance that requires high co-pays, they will call you a month after you PASS a drug test and claim you failed it. On the topic of insurance, they are also charging their chippewa office patients $40 co-pays which my insurance confirmed is ILLEGAL because it's a copay for a doctor and never ONCE was I seen by a DOCTOR. If you go there and have been paying your DOCTOR copay, you need to call your insurance because you are owed money. I have confirmed with 3 other patients this was done to them as well. StAY away!!"

"Called to make an appointment asked if they took my insurance, they said yes. I got my records, sent them then I got a call from them saying they don't take my insurance!? The young guy on the phone was very helpful, but whoever he was asking definitely was not! I'm so desperate for relief from migraines, I've been everywhere for years. They told me they took my insurance i was so excited! Then they were rude. Get better customer service and knowledge of what insurance you accept before you get people's hopes up!!"

"Before last week, I would have said 5 stars and given a glowing review. But that was before I was lied to and had my necessary pain medications' milligrams cut back. I have severe pain(s) that leave me mostly bedbound, but no one wanted to listen to that. I do NOT want to lose my job, but I have to keep taking breaks. No one believed me or wanted to hear that. So...off I go, and maybe you should check into this too, to Palliative Care, which is EXEMPT from the stupid opioid guidelines that are based on skewed and faulty data. MMEs? Fake measurements...there are FIVE different, accepted, charts to measure MMEs; which one do we pick?? The one that cuts everyone back, of course!"

"The entire staff treats you with respect and are very understanding to the treatments needed regardless of what they are. They work with scheduling as much as they can and have always been extremely kind. Very highly recommended as I’ve never been to a pain management facility with this much caring about an individual."

"The doctors are amazing. I have lived all over the country and they are very good and caring. They take my pain and issues very seriously and want to make it so that my pain is managed and that I have a good quality of life. They try and exhaust all options.i have been a patient here for several years and Chrissy makes me feel like family. She remembers and asks about my daughter and job. She saw me through a rigorous accelerated nursing school program and encouraged me all along the way. When I moved here from out of state this was one of the only offices willing to take me on as a patient. Right away they kept me on the same treatment plan that had worked for the last 13 years. I've recently seen Dr. Wrightson for a few appointments and he is just as great. He took my concerns seriously and tried to find a solution that would work for me. He looked "outside the box." His wife is extremely kind, accommodating and personable too. Upon meeting her just once, she offered to assist me with my new career in any way her and the office could. The front desk staff are wonderful! This cannot be said of many places but Marsi is especially great and caring. She always finds a way to get me an appointment that works around my work schedule. She and Chrissy have "squeezed" me in numerous times when I've gotten off working an overnight shift. Throughout the years the office ensures that my treatment will continue, even if I will be out of town on military service or have been called in for an extra shift at the hospital. Over the years, Dr. Wrightson and Chrissy have gone out of state to attend various seminars so they are up to date on the latest and most innovative treatments regarding chronic pain. It is nice to see they are always evolving with the latest treatments and not stagnant. I have a few rare medical conditions and both Chrissy and Dr. Wrightson were well aware of them and how to treat them. They also listened to my concerns regarding treatment of them. This is a great office and I cannot say enough about the staff. It is extremely scary having debilitating chronic pain but they have ensures that I remain a productive member of society and fulfilled mother. Because of them, I have been able to continue my military service and I am close to my retirement."
