"I'm starting to realize that people are quick to complain about things and very seldom take the time to show appreciation, so today I'm writing a review on my experience at this particular Giant Eagle. Today, I went in for a few items. It was around lunchtime and not real busy. I had been looking for this broccoli salad but haven't seen it in a while and usually just keep shopping to get the other items on my list. However, today I asked the guy behind the counter where they sell the prepared cold foods like potatoe salad, etc. about it. He asked me to wait a moment, went in the back, found the dressing they use, and whipped up a fresh batch to sell. I was so impressed and delighted!! I should have asked his name, but I just thanked him and since this was my last item continued to checkout. Hence, this review to recognize him for superior customer service and just one example of how the employee's go above and beyond."
"Horrible for Verizon customers. Absolutely no signal whatsoever when in the store. Barely any reception in the parking lot. Have to drive down the road to be able to make or receive a call or message."
"I talked to three different sales associates just trying to find a specific item. The first guy just said he had no idea where the organic items were. He sent me to a young girl that was not sure where to find the organic pumpkin that I was looking for, but she did help me look for a few minutes before going off to find another associate. He was an older guy that was stocking in the meat department. He just said, "I doubt we carry that but if we do it's in the baking isle." They really didn't seem very interested in helping me."
