"I had a tight timeframe to reach Newark airport for a flight. Bobby was very polite and answered all my questions over the phone. Collado Limo was easy to work with from reservation through completion of the ride. The driver was on time and at the exact location at the college for pick-up. The car was clean and the driver was very safe. From start to finish, I would highly recommend this business."

"If I could give Collado a negative rating, I definitely would. So, where do I start on 3/11, I waited for Collado to pick me up from my home at 4:30am to take me to the ABE airport, no one showed up. I called Bobby numerous times between 4:30am and 4:45am, requesting a status and received NO return call. Since the driver did not show up, I attempted to reserve an Uber at 4:40am, but it was cancelled because the driver said that gas was too expensive. So at 4:50am, I didn’t have a choice but to drive myself to the ABE airport. As everyone may know, the ABE airport does not have covered parking and guess what it snowed on Saturday. Therefore, when I returned at 11:30pm Sunday night, I had to cleaned my car off in order to drive home. As of today, I still have NOT received a call nor an apology from Bobby."
"Excellent service! Excellent website, easy online booking, I walked out of my meeting and the car was waiting outside for me for my ride to JFK. The driver had checked traffic beforehand and picked the best route. I was impressed that he got a notification about a traffic issue from his NYC office and changed the route to make sure I was able to get to the airport on time. The car was spotless and very comfortable. Fare was exactly as quoted online. Will be my #1limo service"
