"This is a must go if you have children or grandchildren! So much to see and do. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met. We spent hours there and the kids had a ball. So many good things to say I can’t pick one thing that was the best. Maybe the play scape?"

"I’ve given 3 instead of 2 stars because my 4 year old had fun. Grew up in the Lehigh Valley and this was my first time ever going here. As adults, we were really let down. So many things were out of service and closed and it appeared understaffed. There were a lot of lines, which is fine and to be expected, but again, if more had not been out of service. My daughter enjoyed the dripping wax painting and the two story climber most. The parking garage is only a five minute walk from the entrance. My least favorite part was by far that I paid 5.99 for an 18oz bottle of iced tea. Unbelievable. Cafe was also closed. I was very sad to learn that there is no tour of the actual factory, only a short video that plays every 30 minutes that my kiddo did not want to wait to sit and see. Kind of lame to go to the Crayola Factory and not even have a window into the factory. Added photos of how dirty it is kept."

"It's a great place to bring your kids here. The wait sometimes could be long, especially during the weekend, but The staff are so attentive and patient! The floor design is well and clear, and the activities are really entertaining.(Some with a seasonal version). My kid loves to come here all the time."

"We went on Veterans Day and there was a huge crowd. An absolutely perfect kids for a full day of fun. We started late and couldn't utilize the whole day, but it's definitely worth spending the whole day if you are going for the first time. They also give you tokens to buy stuffs like clays, personalized crayons and much more. Kids also loved the area where their creations could be transformed into puzzles. Long story short, If you have kids then you shouldn't miss this place."

"1st time here. We took our grandson. He loved it. Parking was hard to find at 1st. I liked that there was plenty of beaches for me to sit and rest while my grandson ran himself crazy. There are 4 floors of fun for the kids. Plenty of interactive things for them to do. Lots of opportunity to buy coins to play different things."
