"This place has really gone downhill. I've been a customer for a few years but the last few services have been spotty. The last one was terrible. I scheduled a time at his convenience so that it would get worked on quickly. The car sat on his lot for a week without being touched. When i got it back there were scratches on the interior, grease on the upholstery, a parking brake that didn't work, a sunshade broken, lug nuts stripped, and wiring for the rear window damaged somehow. Brought it back a few times and some things were fixed but after a few weeks will just have to take it elsewhere (and pay again) to have it done right."
"Not reliable. I made an appointment, and the owner canceled on me after I arrived. Meanwhile I already took a half day at work. He has done this to me before too. Owner doesn't even have the respect to call me ahead of time. In addition, I tried calling several times before I arrived (No Answer). He had twenty BS excuses as to why he couldn't answer the phone. He obviously knew I was calling. Plus he said he would call me to reschedule. Two weeks later and never heard from him. Good thing I already took my vehicle elsewhere. Don't waste your time. Drive a little further down the road."

"Brought in Chevy Malibu with broken timing chain. Originally towed to Firestone. Took to Gardner's. Got car back after. Sounded terrible. Felt as though ripped off. Firestone and Gardner's didn't fix the problem. Would never go to either or again. Ripped off"
