"Have been a Mavis customer for some time now, as well visited a few different stores from The Lehigh Valley to New Jersey. This location at the Palmer Park Mall stands out from the rest by far. The level of knowledge of any vehicle is incredibly impressive. The entire staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns I have had. One staff member (Matt Rowe) out of all has always gone out his way to be honest on pricing to priority of work. Really great work love this location."

"I had an utterly disappointing encounter with Jack William Tires during my recent auto car inspection. The initial promise of a 45-minute to an hour inspection was nothing more than a false assurance. Despite following instructions and leaving my car for examination, the situation took a turn for the worse. I received a call indicating that my car was ready for pickup, only to be informed of persistent safety issues. This revelation left me baffled, as my vehicle is relatively new, covered under the dealer's warranty, and undergoes regular servicing every 10,000 miles. Such problems should not have surfaced. Upon arriving to collect my car, I was greeted with a disheartening sight—my vehicle still suspended on the air lift. The staff, particularly a lady, seemed indifferent to the passage of time, assuring me that the completion was just a matter of "a few more minutes." The lack of consideration for my time and the poor service rendered have solidified my decision to never return to Jack William Tires. Waited over 1 hour before car was delivered. I strongly advise others to save their time and seek out a more reliable and customer-oriented auto inspection facility."
