"Burlington is an off-price department store. I occasionally shop here to browse their clothing, shoes, accessories, housewares, and other merchandise. The products are leftovers that could not be previously sold by other businesses, so their selection is really varied. I saw some name brands and designer brands, and I thought that their prices were low. I picked out a few items to buy. No other customers were in line at the checkout, so I had no wait. The cashier performed her job well."
"Staff here profile people & subtly discriminates people of certain ethnic background. I witnessed them treating one customer with extremely ride behavior when all he did was ask them to replace a damaged dollar bill with better one. I was in line and couldn't believe the whole episode so preferred to put things back and walked out. In this day and age, uneducated & illiterate individuals are hired by stores who usually have very poor judgement skills... The whole episode could have been avoided if she could've just simply kept her mouth shut & did the right thing... Never going back!!"

Big thanks to the north hills Burlington crew can’t wait to tell my friends how helpful the staff were. Rachael the store manager turned the store around completely I love the new environment.
