"My 5 year old daughter and I attended the Pay Your Age Day event yesterday. Yes, the lines were very long, BUT I hand it to Build a Bear for being prepared and having their inventory completely stocked after our 6 hour wait! We arrived at 9:30am, and got into the store at 3:30om. Their staff were all so friendly and patient with everyone, coming out periodically talking with the children and giving us parents updates. Also, the Mall at Robinson staff was amazing! They kept us informed of wait times, inventory, and passed out numerous goodies to the kids to keep them occupied. No one expected the turn out to be as big as it did, but it was an AMAZING day!! My daughter and I had so much fun and she was so excited when we finally got into the store and she got to make her My Little Pony Songbird Serenade. Thanks Build A Bear for another wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!!"
"Great fun anytime, and wonderful for birthday parties. We just had our daughters birthday party there and it was so much fun. The kids all had a blast, we had both boys and girls and everyone had a great time. The staff was great (as always) and they made the party very special. Highly recommend, I wish I could give more than 5 stars."
