"Had an inspection appointment at 10am and dropped off early. However other business bumped me but was told that car would be done. I waited until the end of day and was told to bring back another day. They don’t seem to honor appointments. The desk person was nice and apologetic and felt bad that he also dealt with poor management. I’m going somewhere else and don’t have whole days to waste."

The team that this NTB could not have been more amazing. Cody, Larry, and Regis were incredible! They talked me through what I need and why. They told me what I could get done today and what I could wait on. They did courtesy checks to prepare for my trip! They also got me an appointment the very next day after I called and had the tires installed within a few hours. What's more, they helped correct a pricing error that gave me the best deal! It's really easy to feel overwhelmed and taken advantage of when it comes to car stuff... not with NTB! I would recommend them to everyone. If you are not sure where to go to get car work done and are worried about whether or not you'll get swindled, just do yourself a favor and take your car to the NTB in Green Tree. I'm so happy I found this place! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!"

Larry was very helpful from the minute I walked in the door and the tech worked quickly and efficiently while I enjoyed a cup of coffee that was made available in the customer lounge!
