"Can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in here was ready to buy something only to walk out because their staff is so rude. I guess if I showed up in my diamonds and pearls their staff wouldn’t talk to me like I had few heads. Confusing. Three stars bc I did buy one thing here that I really love. Clothes aren’t the issue."
"Beautiful stuff but not a great customer service experience. The sales clerk was not helpful and judgmental on style choices/preferences. I asked if they had a top to pair with a lovely skirt on sale and they said they "wouldn't personally pair the styled items" without exploring what I was looking for. When I asked for color variations and said the occasion I was shopping for there was no hint of feeling welcome. Kinda felt like a "Pretty Woman" situation where I already felt a bit gross about myself that day (lotta winter layers and challenging work day), so it would have been nice for a few minutes to feel human."
"They always have the cutest pieces! I normally order online, but stopped in twice. Once for an exchange; I was able to find something else without a problem! My second in-store visit was during the renovation sale (I chose in store pickup). For me, Customer Service is just as important as the product that’s offered and they’re doing a great job with both!"
"I absolutely love this cute little boutique. Every time I go in and shop everyone is so helpful, when I shop online it’s literally the fastest shipping it is usually at my front door within a day or two. One of my favorite places to shop!"
