“I visited the Meadville location a few weeks ago. The waiting room was packed but the staff was handling it well. The office recently adopted a new system and as it turned out, my appointment got lost along with some other patients. They asked me to come back the next week and they would comp my copay for the inconvenience. I returned a week later and had a short wait time. I require a little more intensive testing so my appointments usually take a little longer than average but they had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Santora is very pleasant and professional.”

“After driving 1800 miles of our 2000 mile trip my engine light was flashing and the motor was running rough. We were on rt 79 heading north and saw the good reviews for autoworx. We puttered into their shop which was obviously very busy. Doug, I believe the owner, came out and looked at the car immediately and using his computer diagnosed the potential problem. He ordered a part and had it in in within two hours. We were thrilled especially since they weren't taking any new repairs for the rest of the week. (It was a Monday).
