"Worst pediatrician experience of my life. Wait times are obnoxious. Doctors are great, too bad you wait 3 hours to see them."

"The actual worst. We liked the doctors well enough. But as the only Pediatrics practice in Meadville, they don't have to be "good" to retain patients. And good luck to you if you move away and transfer to a new doctor; they will refuse to help you access records from having been seen there. I have spent hours back and forth with them trying to get the records from when my child was seen there, and they claim that they are "not allowed" to acknowledge the physical that they performed because he is no longer a patient. They have asinine office policies and rude staff, and then try to blame it on legality (it is NOT illegal for them to say "yes we performed a physical on this date" even if the person has switched doctors). If you are looking for a pediatrician in Meadville, do yourself a favor and go see Ravi Chekka in Erie. He is worth the drive."

"I’ve brought my son here since he was a newborn never had any issues. Most of the doctors he has seen have been pretty good, Yesterday I took him here for a pretty concerning reason. Dr.Preston Mays I’ve never had before very rude, no bedside manner at all. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. Was very pushy towards my 4 year old which in turn made him very upset and he started crying. Dr. Mays ask if he was always like this? My son is never afraid when we go to the doctors. I’m not one that takes my kid to the doctor over a scratch when I go it’s cause I truly have concerns and need professional advice, I ended up leaving feeling worse then I did going in with no answers and no direction. I get people have bad days but to take it out on your patients and to make them feel like they are wasting your time is just horrible, I truly hope he’s not like this to everyone and he was just having a bad day."

"I have taken all of my kids here since birth. I have loved every doctor, PA and nurse we have seen over the past 17 years. The office staff is also polite, courteous and helpful. I know some people got bent out of shape with new policies regarding COVID. This is a doctors' office. They follow the science. I don't always agree, but I am happy that they passionately advocate for their patients and staff."

"I have been taking my daughters here since they was born. Dr Mulhearn is excellent. Dr Leung is awesome but hard to understand sometimes. Every other person in that office is TRASH! The nurse yesterday really pushed me over the edge. When a 8 year olds file says “biological father not involved” you should know as a NURSE NOT TO SAY IT OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF THE CHILD!! Most cases there is a reason for that parent not being involved and now my daughter is asking questions I am not prepared to answer yet because she WILL NOT understand the concepts of the circumstances! TEACH YOUR NURSES PROPER BEDSIDE MANNER WITH CHILDREN!!!!! (Was not a young new nurse this was an older woman who has worked there for as long as I have been taking my kids)"
