"Lisa Frost at the Meadville ACL is the best . She has a great attitude and is always smiling. I have had to go a few times this year and I have seen customers be rude . When I asked her how do you keep up she said “ most people are nice they are just stressed” She made my day & inspired me . Just a suggestion to the ACL higher ups maybe hire a front desk person to help the elderly sign on to the kiosks ."

"I made an appointment only an hour before I went in, and it was done in 5 minutes before my appointment time had even started. Absolutely no wait. I forgot to ask her name, but the phlebotomist in the first office on the right who is blonde and has a picture of her and her son, is probably the best phlebotomist I've ever had. And I've both donated a lot of blood and had a lot of blood draws in my life. She was hilarious, professional, and the blood draw was completely painless. I almost didn't want to leave because she was so personable! 10/10 experience overall. I will probably never have such a quick, easy, and enjoyable blood draw again unless I come back here."

"Went once the man was rude to me. Rescheduled an appointment that got cancelled 2 hours AFTER my appointment time. VERY unprofessional and quite honestly I’ll never go there again. I set the appointment time so I could be to work on time needless to say I ended up going through the hospital (who were wonderful) and being late to work."

"I took my 4 year old there to get blood work done. The tech who drew my daughters blood was AMAZING. She was so patient and kind to her. She distracted her enough to get her mind off the needle. My daughter cried a little but Carrie (I believe her name was) talked her down and even let her pick out some adorable kid bandaids. I would highly recommend taking your kids to this lab. I’ll definitely be going back if I need to get more done."
