"I really hate doing bad reviews but I must so that everyone else is aware. First let me say the ladies were very nice. BUT, this place is extremely unsanitary. They sanitized NOTHING! The lady who did my sisters pedicure used the same gloves to do mine. She sanitized NONE of the tools. So after she clipped my sisters toes and dug under her toe nails she then used all of those same tools on my feet without ever cleaning them. She then used them on my cousin.Imagine how many people those same tools had been used on. The brush they use to clean your nails is just sitting in a pen holder and they use it on everyone. The toes divider was pulled out of a drawer and when taken off my toes it was put back in the same drawer. I would steer clear of this place until they start sanitizing their stuff."

"Went and paid $85 for a simple full manicure and a nail broke in half not even 6hrs later. Very poorly done. No cuticle care and they already look 5 days outgrown since it never covered the whole nail to begin with. Very disappointed, wont be back."

"Anyone searching for a calm, relaxing and friendly environment to get your "spa day" on, I would definitely recommend N.C Nails. Getting my nails done here today was enjoyable. Mrs. Kim was fantastic. I will definitely be going back to see her and her aunt in a couple of weeks. Edit: I went back to get my nails taken off and a new set put on as Mrs. Kim suggested since I have had my current set for 6 months. I walked in her shop and told her what I was there for and she said "if you want your nail done then sit down and do it yourself or come back tomorrow because I not doing more nail today". I turned and walked right back out of the shop. I don't plan on spending any more of my money at her shop if she feels it is acceptable to talk to her customers with such disrespect."

"So I’ve lived in PA for 12 years and get my Nails done every 3 weeks. I’ve still not found a salon that does my nails even. They are always lumpy and never match up. I came here on a limb and it’s definitely MY salon now! She genuinely cares about her clients. She got me and my 5 year old in right away and while I was in the chair she got my nails done, my daughters, and started another ladies all without making me wait!!! She uses her time very wisely!! I live in Mercer but I will be driving here from now on! Her selection of colors is amazing too!"
