"The management is always helpful and in such a good mood always has answers for you, the common area is always clean and well kept. I can honestly say that I always feel safe and like a priority!"
"Decent place to stay. Rent fee goes up occasionally with the apartment market. Fair appliances when we first moved in, although we wanted the old stove replaced with a brand new one. Friendly and quiet neighbors. The laundry room is well maintained and clean outside. No trash in the parking lot area which is a big plus. Apartment charges dumping fees of $35 for big furnitures. Maintenance is on top at all times. Erica the property manager is awesome and responds to your maintenance request promptly."
"Erica is a wonderful manager! It’s been a breeze living here. Maintenence issues are addressed quickly, good price for the size of apartments. The two bedroom has a really big living/dining room!"

"I've lived here for ~2.5 years now. Rent goes up regularly but it's still great for the area. Neighbors are friendly - lots of families with kids but pretty quiet at night. Erica the on-site manager is fantastic to work with and maintenance is prompt, although done on a budget occasionally. They just installed new windows across the complex which greatly improved insulation too. Overall, super happy to live here."
