"We went for the cookies and the "24-hour" hot tub. The sign posted outside the pool area said the pool closes at 10pm, and the sign inside the pool area said closes at 7pm. This isn't clear and maybe not enforced. Cookies were great, as usual. The hot tub was not hot, but the front desk receptionist Paulo did try to have the maintenance turn up the temperature. If you're looking for a place to lay low between the coast and Portland, this is a good spot."

"Was going well up until I left to the store and came back my headphones were missing very disappointing as I liked the location of the hotel but someone stealing from your room where you sleep yeah that’s a hard no staying here again. Front desk staff no complaints . Update: After meeting with the general manager he apologized and very sincere made it right def will stay again.Update:unfortunately that same day housekeeping came in again even after there was a do not disturb sign and a note in my chart absolutely no one in my room unless asked I don’t no what the disconnect is between manager and staff but when the general manager told me the housekeeper said she accidentally threw my headphones away I didn’t beleive that for one second but let it slide. but def will not stay here ever again"

"Paid $166 for one night on a Tuesday. Loudest room I’ve ever had, bottom floor under a 600 pound elephant in Tap shoes all night long. Woken up at 5 AM as I was next to the breakfast room to plates, crashing and dishes smashing in the sink. Wi-Fi was an extra as well as the continental breakfast was an extra paid add-on. People here didn’t care that I had a terrible night and didn’t seek to make it right. Absolute rip off. This should be an $80 a night for the quality."

"Not a great experience here. The beds are not comfortable and super springy. You feel every movement. Pillows are old and not fluffy. Our room had a torn window shade, super noisy. Breakfast was even more a disaster. Nobody refilling food, dirty tables and dishes everywhere. Really bad situation."

"Professional front desk staff. However they have horrible beds. I mean horrible. Woke up in pain throughout night and ruined my mornings. My spouse is petite and she was uncomfortable, I thought I was just me since I’m a bigger guy. If you do laundry, bring your own quarters, for some reason the front desk had only 75 cents to offer. If you install quarter washers and dryers, perhaps rethink the supply of quarters or update your payment method on the machines. Breakfast isn’t included for all guests. It’s below average and the “breakfast bouncer” does her job very well. The coffee flavor and aroma is a a local burnt vomit! Enjoy your stay! Oh ask for housekeeping because they won’t come around and clean or reapply your room."
