"I have stayed here many times on my business travels. Wifi is always down and even when it does work, it’s very slow. For a hotel that primarily services business travelers, I’m disappointed it’s not better. Lobby is always very loud. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Gym is small. Rooms, rates and amenities are much better at the Element next door."
"I have truly enjoyed staying here the last four months. I know it’s way longer than most but Dusty and Israel have both been amazing. The rest of the staff is great, but these two took time to get to know my name my preferences and were incredibly quick with taking care of everything. The rooms are nice, the internet works but upgraded for work computing. I will truly miss my stays here, thank you for making my stays memorable and enjoyable! Plus they have live music on a few nights each week by the bar!"
"Very good service, clean room. Attractive decor. I’m adding 4 stars because it was not clear from the web page that I could not order food after 9:00 pm, nor could I buy made to order breakfast. They did provide a free continental breakfast (usually 15$). This is not a hotel for a luxurious vacation, but more than sufficient for travelers."
"The hotel is very new, modern, and clean. The hotel staff was also very friendly and courteous. Really enjoyed the stay. I had some billing issue, but the manager was able to resolve it in no time. The only complaint was that the wall was a bit thin, was able to hear my neighbor snore during the night."
