"Really glad I decided to call FMT to perform a general maintenance on my treadmill. The tech (Chris) called in advance of arriving and was really friendly and identified a couple issues with the treadmill that I thought were normal (it really wasn't but convinced myself it was normal for it to be that loud and vibrating) and said that they would contact proform and initiate the warranty process for replacements. That being said, the treadmill already sounds better after the maintenance."
