"Used the app. None of the customizations went through. They were helpful about remaking. They were out of thin crust. Never bothered calling. I would have cancelled my order anyway. Then I asked for a refund for one of the pizzas because I didn’t want it. Girl seemed put out that I asked for a receipt with proof or refund. Got home and realized they didn’t even fully refund my pizza. Not my first poor experience here. Probably won’t return."

"Horrible service, and apparently the manager has a degree in law, why he’s working at a papa Murphy’s if he’s so well educated is mind blowing!!! They charge more than any other location anywhere else. They are incompetent and quite rude as well. It would be better to go to some other pizza place than give business to this horrible place. They need a good lesson in customer service! Treating people like that won’t keep them very busy in the slow months this area has."
