"Received two quarter pounders that the meat was a little red. Had requested well done burgers. They replaced them. Lady told me that the meat is on a set timer to cook. I told her to get the timer reset. She made it right."
"Horrible customer service. Always messes up orders, regardless if it's drive through, Doordash or dining in. Super nice inside, once you get past the homeless begging for food at the drive-through. Super convenient though."
"Very disappointed with tonight’s meal..not only was all of my food very clearly reheated old food, and me and my boyfriend both didn’t receive the extra add on’s or for things to get taken off our burgers. the fact that it even shows that they gave me old reheated food is very disappointing. i ordered my meal around 10 pm, and they tried to scribble out that they needed to throw out the cookies i ordered at 9:30. they were so hard i couldn’t even eat them because they had been reheated again. i’ve stopped coming due to the lack of care given to my food now, but now coming back and seeing the service hasn’t changed disappoints me more than anything as a local."
"We have always had great & polite service from this location. Never a bad meal, always fresh and hot. They are reliable and quick. Always make a fresh pot of decaf coffee for us. Ask for senior specials. I cannot say the same about the other chain across the street, where they serve overcooked foods and burnt coffee. Love the dedication of employees at the Astoria Mc D restaurant. Good job everyone!"
"It is a very modern facility that still caters to children. There is an outdoor and indoor play area for children. Plenty of room for everyone. It's a Hugh place that's very pleasant to look at and very clean. Staff is kool. Rather expensive on certain items but has the general $1, $2 $3 menus, along with buy One get another One for a Dollar. I recommend it highly"
