"Stayed at Americana - great house for all of us, lovely & clean, close to the beach in a lovely area & so safe for the toddlers, great to have a hot tub & outside shower. Just a couple of points - the top floor bedrooms could really do with blinds on all the windows (a bit pointless having some of the windows with blinds & others with no covering), & a few more kitchen utensils (small & medium sieve, & a kettle). Otherwise, an excellent stay."

"This is the third time we have rented this property and are booked again for the end of September. Fabulous house for just the two of us. The deck is a great place to just relax and read your book or have a glass of wine. Obviously, it is one of our “go to” places. The only draw back is the beds are very high, we bring a stool to make it easier to get up on them."

"Beyond Disappointed Ebb Tide House Review of Bella Beach June 22, -28 2021 We have rented from Bella Beach Rentals before and had an amazing experience. When we arrived there was issue with the toilet in third floor master bathroom, it flushes fine but literally took a half hour to refill the tank. The kitchen lights above the island bar were burnt out, there was hair in the basement master shower, not a single light bulb in any room matched the television in the main living area was on a broken stand. When we contacted Lisa she sent back a snarky response asking if we plunged the toilet? I responded that it wasn't a clogged toilet issue that would cause it not to properly refill the take, and I included the picture of the hair in shower. While we were out the next day they came in to the house without our knowledge and recleaned the shower and god only knows what else they did. The only reason we know this happened was because of the strong odder of BLEACH we were all greeted with upon our return and opening the front door. They had the nerve to come over while we were gone but couldn't be bothered to ring or knock while we were there to hand us light bulbs for the kitchen island. I wish this was all that was wrong with our stay this time but it wasn't. I feel bad for the owners of this house and if I were them I would pull my house from Bella Beach Rentals services. They are clearly not up to the task of taking care of the property much less the clients that wish to rent them for their vacations. The house was not clean by any means, the amount of dust around the unit was crazy, the broken furniture from beds that guest are sleeping in, to run down televisions, non working light fixtures or mismatched lightbulbs, to sea rotted wood patio furniture that literally broke every time someone even a two year old child sat on. The exhaust fan in the laundry room and bathrooms sounded like cans with rocks in them. All the communication with Lisa was less then pleasant and after all this she sent me an email five hours after we checked out accusing us of taking one of the duvets! We will be looking for a new company to be renting from next summer this was our last Bella Beach Rental"

"Ebb and Flow is the perfect getaway! The location and views are amazing! Siletz bay is a great place to take the family. Very safe for kids to enjoy. Stays very shallow for a long ways! Enjoyed watching seals and eagles. Make sure and bring binoculars. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need. Very well stocked and clean. This home was perfect for our family. Just a heads up, bring your own shampoo..."
