Cavalier Oceanfront Condominums

"We enjoyed a long weekend at the Cavalier condominiums. We stayed in unit 35 and it was well appointed, having everything we needed. The ocean view was outstanding, and they were many interesting places to visit in the area. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others."

"Great location between Newport and Lincoln City. We stayed in Unit 43 this time, which is a newly updated, modern unit. It had everything we needed, including super comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The ocean views are amazing. Loved it and will definitely return!"

"We love staying here with our friends and try to come several times a year. The grounds are immaculate, staff is friendly and accommodating. The views are spectacular. This time we stayed in a condo that was new to the rental pool. It did not meet the standard that we are used to at Cavalier Condos. I would describe it as shabby and in need of new furniture, beds, carpet, paint and an upgraded stove. There were 4 of us and none of us found the rock hard beds comfortable. Again, it did not reflect the usual excellent condition of the condos we have stayed in."

"Every year we visit Lincoln city we like to try new places to stay at. This property was recommended by a friend of mine and boy can I tell you we were not disappointed. We were greeted at the front office from a gentleman named Simon. He laid out everything for us and got us is in and out and into our condominium really quickly..  The whole property is very well-maintained. There's a separate private entrance onto the beach, which was really cool. We stayed in condo 25. The layout the decor was beyond our expectations. This place was huge. I also like that each parking spot is covered and numbered if we plan to visit Lincoln city again I would highly recommend this place and we would also try a different condominium to stay at. Simon had indicated if you want some thing a bit quieter you have to book the top condominiums. ;-)"

"Condos are FULLY stocked. Very comfortable furniture including beds and patio furniture. Views are amazing! Beach access is fairly easy some stairs but I've been places with more. There were games and a closet full of dvds, wood burning fireplace. Just about everything you might need in the kitchen including spices and oils and even microwave popcorn. You honestly would not need to leave once you get settled, and with the location you might not want to. Beach is flat and sandy not very busy either it feel like a private beach sometimes. Possibility of whale watching from the patio. Covered parking, covered outdoor BBQ area with very nice weber grills. I will definitely be returning!"
