"Cannot say enough about Kaitlin and McKenzie in the office. They are quick to handle any issues that come up, are professional, and have created a warm atmosphere. If you need a new spot to land, give them a look!"
"No regrets moving here, it has been great! Recently moved within the last month, we hadn't rented in 10+ years and I am telling you the experience was so easy, the girls in the office want to help and make it the most convenient. You can tell they enjoy working here and even living here, which says a lot. I feel like I can ask them anything and they will do whatever they can to accommodate. The maintenance guys are great too, our boys love seeing them around. Overall positive apartment vibes over here!"
"Management is cool, they're not all up in your business. Joe the maintenance guy is really helpfull. They are prompt, as they can be in helping fix anything that might go wrong in your apartment. The landscaping company is annoying. They start up as early as 8:30 in the morning. if you have a ground level unit it's kind of a bummer. First they start with the leaf blower, then they come by with a lawn mower, then they come by with the blower, and wake people up, when you get those rare chances to sleep in. Every Wednesday. Annoying, but everything else is pretty reasonable at this complex."
"I am a 4th year college student looking for a place to stay when I graduate and I was helped by their leasing specialist Kaitlin. She showed me the 1 by 1 and the 2 by 1. She knew a lot about the place and made me feel very comfortable asking as many questions as I did! It was a great experience over all and I will definitely check back when i’m graduated"
"The lock on the garbage compactor broke right after I moved in and it's never been fixed in over a year. Ran into people going through the dumpsters at 7am a couple of times. The carpet was never cleaned before I moved in and my cat got fleas AFTER I moved in. The setup is like a shoe box with windows at both ends. Very dark inside. They keep the grounds nice but they're way too expensive for what you get."
