"Do not stay here! This place is absolutely disgusting. We have been without power due to the weather, and I needed a warm place to stay for my son. All other hotels were booked, I now know why this one has availability. When I addressed the issues with the front desk, I was told “yeah all rooms are like that”. When we walked in the entire lobby smells like sour milk, then this morning upon check out it was the same smell mixed with marijuana majorly. The room smelled musty, and like old cigarette smell. There were used candy wrappers shoved in between the headboard, drips of brown substance down the walls, water damage, we didn’t even have a working fire detector etc. I have never stayed somewhere so disgusting. How this place is open is beyond me. Their makeshift toilet paper was quite the touch, though. Please do not waste the money to stay here, a motel 6 would be cleaner!"

"OMG! Where do I start. Let say avoid this place if you can. My husband and I and our kids rented this place just for 1 night due to weather and power outages, the front entrance look ok but don’t let that fool you. Wait until you walk into your room. That when the story begins. I’ll give you a list… 1. The elevator smell that give me a bad feeling already. 2. We were on the 3 floor the moment the elevator open the floor smell like the carpet haven’t been clean for years. 3. Got to our room and man the moment you open that door there a whisk of a nasty smell like pee. 4. Then as we walked in we saw a moldy ceiling. Water damage area. 5. Walked into the bathroom to checked it out saw a dirty rag hanging on the shower head. 6. The walls had stain and wallpaper was peeling off. 7. The 3 floor we were on was and our room was a non smoking room, but we clear smell weed. After seeing all that we left to go look for another place. Once we found one nearby we went back and grab our stuff and left to our new location which is better and cleaner."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this location. The room smelled like pee and while the surfaces were clean, it had clearly not been renovated in a long time. The wallpaper was peeling and someone had attempted to badly spackle numerous holes in the wall, even in the shower! The shower curtain rod was also rusty!? No clear instructions on how to use the TV remotes, and bed was really uncomfortable. The one adequate experience I had was breakfast, they had enough selection and the food was satisfactory. **HOWEVER** The biggest complaint I have was they overcharged me. We stayed for 2 nights on a weekend, and I discovered someone altered my reservation to add a charge for an additional day. We checked out 9:30 AM Sunday morning. Call made to the hotel after I discovered the extra charge, I was told the manager was "on vacation" and that she'd text him I was overcharged. I made a complaint to the corporate number but I highly doubt this is an isolated incident. I do not recommend this location."

"Location was great. Rooms were decent, not the best but still doable. We did not have hot water or water for the first 4 hours in the room. Service was hands down the worst ever. When asking the front desk about pool hours the persons response was they didn't know, when asked where I could find the info she didn't know either. There was nothing in the room with the details. Complete lack for professional dress attire, front desk was wearing a spaghetti tank top with cleavage- 100% inappropriate (for work and weather). Super disappointed with this stay. Free breakfast was hot and good. But I would not stay here ever again after this experience."

"The room I checked into was non smoking, but it smelled heavily of it…the window screen even had a section cut out so they can stick their cigarette out the window. The walls were dripping with brown stuff, as well as the phone (see pictures). The bathtub water would not drain, when I called the front desk she simply said she had no one there to help, she would try in the morning. No one contacted me. A new front desk lady had attitude when I asked if she knew about the room situation, “why didn’t you tell the front desk about it?!” I told her I did. She said that the walls are wallpaper and cannot be cleaned. They definitely can. And the dirty phone is a great example that housekeeping just didn’t care.She put me in a different room that was a lot better, except for the mold growing between the window panels."
