"The workers at the front desk were helpful and personable, no matter who they were. The rooms were clean and spacious, the gym was more than sufficient, but the one thing that really stood out was the courtesy of all the workers. I have never in all my years of staying at hotels seen a breakfast worker go around to all of the tables to ask if they wanted to get anything else before breakfast was closed down. A+ in many ways in my book."
"Great new Residence Inn with a great location next to the mall. Rooms were very clean and tidy, full range of dishes cups, and utensils nicely arranged, good beds, spotless stainless BBQ, and a good breakfast, including fresh fruit, waffles, sausages and eggs, little souffles, toast, oatmeal, yoghurt and juices. Full range of cereals for kids."
"The workers here are wonderful and the rooms are very clean. Great for someone with asthma and allergies. The only downside is very limited space for dogs outside. I would only stay here if your dog is social because you will be running into many other dogs in a limited space. I really enjoyed the breakfast, decent variety."
"This was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. The staff was always courteous and helpful with good senses of humor. The room design was great and gave us an idea for a floor plan above our garage. The breakfast provided plenty of options from eggs, souffles, waffles, cereal, oats, sausage, pastries etc. I highly recommend this place and we will look for Residence Inns on our future travels."
"When I was dealing with the staff I had no problems, they were nice and was able to answer my questions well enough to understand and/or with good recommendations. Room is nice. Nice and roomy and clean, I didn't have any problems or issues with it Noise level through the night wasn't to bad for me. Location was not bad at least for me, since I was in the area doing some work. Has a nice selection of food in the area or ability to get food to make in the hotel room. Though next to the freeway can be loud, though easy to get to and from the hotel. Negative I had was with the breakfast, the sausage was cold, as is it wasn't cooked/warmed before being served. Sorry I didn't take any pictures."
