"My band stayed here and got scammed $250. We did not smoke in the room... nor weed or cigarettes of any type... who would do that by the way? By the way the raspy voice hotel clerk sounded on the phone probably their own staff. They did not show us proof and were incredibly rude or else I wouldn't be leaving this review. Our room didn't even have a shower curtain.... stay away from this place."
"Our Band stayed here and got scammed $250 for "smoking in the room" which we have stayed in numerous hotels and never, never smoked ina hotel room. Who does that? We are broke musicans with children to take care off, to be scammed $250 is taking food from their mouth. They wouldn't send us "proof" and were incredibly rude. Our room didn't even have a shower curtain and smelled like feces. You'd be better off staying in the street."
"Bathroom towel actually had a dead bug in it. Very gross! Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. Paid for 2 nights , stayed for 10 hours, but denied a refund for second night when we checked out at 7:30 am. Cannot recommend this motel. Staff was polite as they declined the refund based on their 24 hour cancellation policy."
"Staff very helpful, reasonable rates, and clean but sparing rooms. Laundry is 24/7 but coin-operated--no card. Area very car-oriented, though conveniently right off the freeway. Would stay again if in the area."
"This hotel is very clean. The staff is amazing. The managers are so sweet. The housekeepers are very sweet as well and they work very hard. Maintenance does an amazing job and will get to you if you need anything as soon as he can and it's normally pretty quick. I definitely recommend coming here. The only thing I didn't know when I arrived was you have to have a deposit but make sure you call beforehand for pricing but the deposit didn't stop me. I still checked in and was very satisfied. All you have to do is be respectful and communicate, they are very helpful to work with you with any situation. IF I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE GUESTS HERE PLEASE JUST DON'T SMOKE IN YOUR ROOM. THEY JUST BUILT REALLY REALLY NICE SMOKING AREA, USE IT COME HERE IF YOU NEED TO GET A ROOM OR IF YOU'RE COMING TO TOWN. THEY HAVE AMAZING RATES."
