"I could give this place more than five stars, I would. Popped a tire shortly before I needed to pick up my husband from the airport. I’ve never been to this location and they were around the corner from where i popped the tire. They were able to put the spare on my car, a quote for a new tire, and I was in and out in less than an hour…more like 30 mins. I was a walk-in and in a big time crunch, they saved the day. Will be returning to purchase a tire! I had a place I usually go but the customer service and honesty was so great here I won’t be using the other business anymore after such a great experience!"
"Wow! The guys in here today 2/16/24 were amazing. I ran over a doorknob (yes, a doorknob????!! ) and it made a good-sized hole in the tire. By the time I managed to get here, I only had 15 minutes until I needed to get my kiddos from school. ( I have no family/ people I can call that live close, so I was panicking a bit) These guys got me in, took my tire off, and put the spare on so I could make it. Not much longer after that, they called and let me know they'd managed to fix the hole and I could come and get it put back on. I literally cannot thank the team enough. You guys seriously saved me today and you didn't have to and you'll never know how much I (and my boys) appreciate it. A++++++ all around."

"Great experience at Big O Tires. I went in with a bad battery, had my two-year-old with me, and had no appointment. They kindly told me I'd probably have a wait a few hours or drop off my vehicle, but when a tech came in early, they caught me and told me they'd get me in and out ASAP. All in all, what was shaping up to be a day-long ordeal turned into a 45-minute visit. They went above and beyond to help and to make the visit convenient to me."
